Cloudbeds, a remote-first global company, seeks an operations-minded teammate for Global Payroll & Benefits. You’ll support benefits enrollments, data integrity, and team member education while improving processes with AI and automation. Open to candidates with 3+ years in ops across customer success, finance, or HR, and strong Excel skills.

Fully remote role with opportunities across 40+ countries. Salary ranges between $60,000 and $75,000 USD annually for US-based candidates; compensation

Competenze

• 3+ years in an operations role (Customer Success, Support, Finance, Sales Ops, HR, or similar).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills with the ability to reconcile information across systems.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analyze information, or automate workflows.

Mansioni

• Benefits operations: enrollments, life events, status changes, and terminations across Workday and vendor platforms.
• Data accuracy and reconciliations: payroll deductions, enrollment records, carrier invoices; investigate discrepancies.
• Team member support: be a reliable point of contact for benefits questions; manage requests start-to-finish.
• Team member education: create guides, FAQs, Guru cards, and training materials; deliver orientation sessions.
• Technology and process improvement: test new tools, AI agents, and automated workflows.
• Vendor coordination: work with brokers, carriers, payroll providers, and EOR partners.
