Cloudbeds is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented benefits operations specialist to join our Global Payroll & Benefits team. You will support enrollments, reconcile files, and serve as the main point of contact for team members across a globally distributed, remote workforce.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an operational role (Customer Success, Support, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, etc.).
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; able to reconcile data across systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to boost productivity and automate workflows.

Responsabilités

• Benefits operations: manage enrollments, events, status changes, and terminations across Workday and vendor systems.
• Data reconciliation: verify payroll deductions, enrollment records, and carrier invoices; resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Be the go-to for benefits questions, providing timely updates and escalating complex cases when needed.
• Create benefits guides, FAQs, Guru cards, and training materials to simplify complex topics for team members.
