Job summary

Cloudbeds is seeking a detail-oriented benefits operations professional to join our fully remote Global Payroll & Benefits team. You’ll manage enrollments, life events, and reconciliations across Workday and vendors, educate team members, and help implement AI-driven workflows across multiple countries.

No prior benefits experience is required; we’ll train you. Expect collaboration with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external partners in a fast-growing, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations (Customer Success, Support, Finance, Sales Ops, HR, or similar).
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis experience.
• Willingness to learn benefits, use AI, and automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Benefits operations: enrollments, life events, status changes, and terminations across Workday and vendor platforms.
• Data accuracy and reconciliations: reconcile payroll deductions, enrollment records, and carrier invoices.
• Team member support: be a welcoming, reliable point of contact for benefits questions.
• Team member education: create guides, FAQs, Guru cards, presentations, and training materials.
• Technology and process improvement: test new tools, AI agents, and automated workflows.
• Vendor coordination: work with brokers, carriers, payroll providers, and EOR partners.
• Country-specific and global benefits programs involvement.
