Planet Group is seeking a Bank Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration and governance of its global banking relationships and platforms. The role ensures bank accounts, signers, user access and related banking information are maintained accurately and securely in line with company controls.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent, 2–5 years in banking administration, and strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills to support

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent business experience.
• 2-5 years of banking administration, treasury, accounting or related finance experience.
• Experience with online banking platforms.
• Corporate bank-account administration experience.
• Understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties.
• Experience managing user access and approval authorities.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong ethics, integrity and judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day administration and governance of global banking relationships and platforms.
• Ensure bank accounts, authorized signers, user access, documentation and related banking information maintained accurately, securely and in accordance with company policies and internal controls.
• Open, modify and close domestic and international bank accounts.
• Maintain centralized records of global banking relationships and account details.
• Coordinate KYC requirements, bank resolutions and signer documentation.
• Administer online banking access, user roles, payment authorities and approval limits.
• Perform periodic reviews of accounts, signatories and user access.
• Coordinate with global banking partners and maintain documentation and audit support.
• Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable and local Finance teams to standardize, simplify and strengthen global banking processes and controls.
