Job summary

Seacoast Bank is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for Global Banking to manage a select group of clients and exceed goals by developing new relationships and offering integrated financial solutions. You will engage with prospects and existing clients to understand needs and generate deposits, treasury revenue, and cross-sell wealth management, lending, and other services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BSA, KYC, and CIP requirements
• Experience selling to ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients with international exposure
• Proven ability to manage a large book of business and meet sales targets

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Seacoast Global Clients using a wide range of banking products and services
• Develop new business through prospecting and referrals to deliver significant results
• Educate clients on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Onboard clients and perform due diligence (KYC/CIP) in accordance with AML/BSA regulations
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, risk controls, and audit requirements
