Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable and cash application across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts. You will research discrepancies, assist with reconciliations, and participate in system improvements to streamline AR and order review processes.

The role also covers Concur expense reviews, multi-entity month-end close support, and collaboration with Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate financial

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volume transactions and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global Finance organization.

Responsabilidades

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research and resolve unidentified, unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash; resolve discrepancies with treasury and other stakeholders.
• Support reconciling cash and accounts receivable; assist with month-end close.
• Perform Concur expense review for proper coding and policy compliance; escalate complex issues.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close related to cash and receivables; provide audit support.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve AR and sales-order review processes; participate in system implementations.
