Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities, focusing on cash application and related accounting tasks. The role encompasses research of discrepancies, multi-currency processing, and coordination with AR, Treasury, and other stakeholders.

The position also covers Concur expense reviews, month-end close support, and process-improvement initiatives to standardize AR practices across global entities and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of AR, cash application, billing, or related experience.
• General understanding of accounting principles, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high volume transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording.
• Research and resolve unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR processes.
