Job summary

Solventum, a new company building on a long healthcare legacy, seeks a Process Excellence Lead, AP to standardize global AP processes and drive governance across the P2P spectrum.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and technology to enable automation, analytics, and supplier experience improvements while advancing end-to-end P2P governance. Remote-USA travel up to 10% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years in P2P/AP/Shared Services.
• Or 12+ years in P2P/AP/Shared Services with high school/GED.
• Experience leading AP process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of ERP/AP technology platforms and global shared services.

Responsibilities

• Lead global AP process standardization, governance, and KPIs.
• Own global AP standards, controls, and documentation.
• Collaborate across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, and IT.
• Drive AP optimization, automation, and supplier experience improvements.
• Support end-to-end P2P governance and transformation.
