Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Process Excellence Lead for AP to guide global accounts payable process standardization and governance within a complex shared services environment. Remote role in the US, collaborating with Finance, Procurement and technology to strengthen controls and streamline operations.

The role focuses on process optimization, documentation, and enabling scalable operating practices across P2P governance and transformation under the Global Process Owner.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Shared Services experience.
• Experience leading AP or P2P process improvement initiatives.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Process Excellence Lead, AP to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will guide global accounts payable process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across a complex shared services environment. The position will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and technology stakeholders to strengthen controls, resolve process issues, and advance process effectiveness. It also supports broader procure-to-pay governance and transformation efforts, with a focus on enabling scalable, well-documented operating practices.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $143,200 – $196,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead global Accounts Payable process standardization and governance

• Experience leading AP or P2P process improvement initiatives
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
