Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Process Excellence Lead, AP, to drive global Accounts Payable standardization and governance, enabling consistent execution across regions and service delivery partners. You will partner with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and technology teams to optimize processes, implement automation, and enhance supplier experiences, while advancing end-to-end P2P governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 8 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services experience
• OR
• Highschool/GED AND 12 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services experience
• Experience leading AP or P2P process improvement initiatives
• Experience with ERP and AP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, A+, VIM or similar tools
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• 8+ years of P2P/Accounts Payable experience in a large global organization

Responsibilities

• Lead global Accounts Payable process standardization, governance, and KPI frameworks across Procure-to-Pay
• Own global AP process standards, controls, documentation, and KPI frameworks
• Partner across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, business, and technology teams to resolve complex process issues
• Lead AP process optimization and technology enablement including automation and analytics
• Support Global Process Owner in advancing end-to-end P2P governance and transformation

• Leading global Accounts Payable process standardization, governance, and best practices across the Procure-to-Pay organization
• Owning global AP process standards, controls, documentation, and KPI frameworks to drive consistent execution across regions and service delivery organizations
• Partnering across Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, business, and technology teams to resolve complex process issues and drive improvement opportunities
• Leading AP process optimization and technology enablement, including automation, workflow, analytics, and supplier experience improvements
• Supporting the Global Process Owner in advancing end-to-end P2P governance, optimization, and transformation

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher AND 8 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services experience

OR

• Highschool/ GED AND 12 years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Shared Services experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience leading Accounts Payable or Procure-to-Pay process improvement, standardization, governance, or transformation initiatives
• Experience working across global, cross-functional organizations and/or shared service operating models
• Knowledge and understanding of 1099 preparation and key process requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal
• 8+ years of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Shared Services experience within a large global organization
• Healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or MedTech industry experience
• Experience with ERP and AP technology platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, A+, VIM, or similar tools
• Experience working within global shared services and/or business process outsourcing operating models
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, continuous improvement, and change management capabilities; Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar experience preferred

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $143,200 - $196,900, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
