Swooped is seeking an Operations Manager, Global Strategic Accounts, to oversee the day-to-day delivery for a large global enterprise account. This full-time role leads a distributed team of Wellbeing Coordinators and directs contract Health Coaches across multiple regions from a remote US-based position.

You will partner with the Program Manager, Account Director, and Director of Coaching Operations to ensure delivery plans, capacity, and coaching quality align with account strategy and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in program or service delivery operations.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Ability to overlap hours with EMEA and APAC teams.
• Experience leading distributed teams across regions and time zones.
• Experience overseeing client programs with multiple activities and delivery commitments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global delivery team of Wellbeing Coordinators and contract Health Coaches.
• Direct contract coaches and align activities with account strategy.
• Assign and schedule coaches across coaching formats and sessions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins.
• Manage workloads, coverage, and regional programming across time zones.
• Maintain delivery standards and track events, outreach, and results.
