Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong background in general ledger accounting, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience with budget-to-actual analysis.
• Experience working within ERP systems is required.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close activities and general ledger accounting functions.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and daily bank reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable and cash receipt processes as needed.
• Analyze budget-to-actual variances and prepare financial reporting.
• Support accounting system implementation, optimization, and stabilization initiatives.
• Partner with finance leadership to streamline accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
