Job summary

ADB Companies, LLC is seeking a General Accountant to join our operational finance team in a blended role that combines core general ledger and month-end close with hands-on project accounting. The position is designed to develop into Operations Controller or Finance Manager, with exposure to field accounting and corporate close.

The role requires 3–5+ years in accounting, strong Excel and NetSuite experience, and a commitment to our ALL IN safety and values culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of accounting or finance experience, spanning general ledger/close and project accounting.
• In-depth understanding of U.S. GAAP and construction/project accounting (Percentage of Completion).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist monthly close with journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Prepare monthly WIP, Job Cost Reports, and project budgets for operational groups.
• Provide timely reporting of actual and projected project financials across contracts and sizes.
