Job summary

Impellam Group seeks a senior program leader to drive a GIS data integration and migration initiative for acquired utility operations. You will oversee the full lifecycle from data discovery through enterprise system integration and go‑live readiness.

In this remote Portland‑area role, you will own the program plan, coordinate ESRI ArcGIS workstreams, manage vendors and data quality, and guide the organization through cutover, go‑live and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in project management or a related field.
• Demonstrated GIS project management experience in utility environments using ESRI ArcGIS.
• Hands-on GIS data migration, conversion or consolidation experience.
• Experience coordinating system integration projects linking GIS with OMS, CIS, and other systems.
• Experience managing consultancies and system integrators, including SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GIS data integration and migration workstream for acquired operations.
• Own the integrated program plan with GIS as the critical path; manage dependencies.
• Oversee data requirements, standards, and QA/QC validation.
• Coordinate ESRI and ArcFM configuration and licensing needs.
• Plan licensing, web maps, mobile apps, and third‑party data procurement.
• Lead vendor and SI procurement, including SOW development and negotiation.
• Manage end‑to‑end integration lifecycles for system interfaces.
• Facilitate cross‑functional decisions on operational transition questions.
• Develop realistic schedules, cost estimates, and funding requests.
• Identify, track, and mitigate data quality risks.
