Job summary

ICF is seeking a proactive GIS Analyst/Developer to join our growing GIS team in the United States. The role focuses on applying GIS analysis and building innovative tools to address infrastructure and resilience challenges.

You will work with clients and SMEs, translate business needs into data tasks, and develop web-based geospatial applications using ESRI tools, Python, and related pipelines.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or higher in GIS, CS, Environmental Science, Geography, Urban Planning, Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience performing complex GIS analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with Esri’s desktop and web GIS tools.
• Familiarity with Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex GIS analyses to develop client-focused outputs, maps, and dashboards.
• Evaluate and integrate spatial data from infrastructure, transportation, and hazard sources using ETL.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain web-based geospatial applications.
• Translate business needs into data analysis requirements with client partners.
• Lead development of data collection, management, processing, and dissemination procedures.
