Job summary

ICF is seeking a GIS Analyst/Developer to join our growing GIS team and build innovative tools that address complex infrastructure and resilience issues. You will perform advanced GIS analyses, integrate data, and develop client-focused outputs including maps and dashboards.

The role requires collaboration with clients, handling ETL, web apps, and data workflows, while ensuring work within US-based operations and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS or related field.
• 2+ years of GIS analysis experience.
• 2+ years with Esri desktop and web GIS tools.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex GIS analyses to develop client outputs, maps, and dashboards.
• Evaluate and integrate spatial data from infrastructure, transportation, and hazard sources using ETL processes.
• Design, build, deploy, and maintain web-based geospatial applications.
• Apply cross-domain planning and land use concepts to support clients in transportation, disaster recovery, climate resilience, and energy.
• Work directly with clients and SMEs to translate business needs into data analysis requirements.
• Lead development of data collection, management, processing, and dissemination procedures.
