Qualifications

• German: native or near-native fluency in spoken and written form.
• Strong written English for internal communication and client-facing output.
• Hands-on use of AI tools and AI agents in real work, studies, or projects.
• Strong judgment when reviewing AI outputs against the brief and context.
• Systems thinker who designs repeatable workflows and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and client teams by turning priorities into clear tasks and updates.
• Track follow-ups, coordinate information, and ensure timely handovers and decisions.
• Keep work organized with clear actions, deadlines, blockers, and status updates.
• Communicate promptly with teams and clients, especially when time-sensitive or when delays occur.
• Move between English internal context and German client output with language nuance and cultural awareness.
