Job summary

Zekai seeks experienced HR professionals fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. This is a 100% remote contract role with about 21 hours per week for a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR (BP, ER, compensation or talent)
• Native or fluent in German
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany
• Knowledge of German labor law, works councils, Tarifverträge and German payroll

Responsibilities

• Build workspaces by reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
• Draft realistic German tasks grounded in local practice and terminology.
• Define clear grading criteria and assess whether an AI agent's output meets professional standards.
• Review an agent's step-by-step work and correct mistakes or missing details against local rules.
