Mercor is seeking experienced HR professionals fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics reflecting German HR practices.

The role is remote, about 21 hours per week, paid at $65/hour, with a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent)
• Native or fluent in German
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany
• Knowledge of German labor law, works councils (BetrVG), Tarifverträge and German payroll and social insurance
