Job summary

Zekai is seeking experienced physicians fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You’ll work in digital workspaces with documents, emails, and industry tools to simulate tasks from your field.

Remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly pay, pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19. Applicants must be located in the United States and hold German Approbation or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Requires native or fluent German language skills.
• Clinical practice experience in a medical setting is required.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Germany and German licensure (Approbation) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents using realistic professional tasks.
• Create and review workspaces with documents, memos, and records.
• Draft realistic tasks in German grounded in local practice and terminology.
• Review AI outputs for accuracy, include local regulations and guidelines.
