Job summary

RMV Solutions is recruiting German-speaking Customer Service & Sales Representatives for a fully remote South African operation. You will handle orders, payments, refunds and product information, communicating with customers in German and English.

You will use CRM systems and ticketing tools to provide first- and second-level support, collaborating with logistics, sales and finance to resolve issues. Training lasts four to six weeks with a monthly incentive after successful completion.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• South African ID or valid permanent residence permit.
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Experience with CRM and ticketing platforms; strong telephone and email etiquette.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level customer support in German for orders, deliveries, payments, refunds and product information.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email; resolve inquiries efficiently and accurately.
• Document interactions in internal systems and collaborate with logistics, sales and finance.
• Identify needs, suggest products or services and escalate complex matters when required.
