RWS – TrainAI is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to collect German (Germany) speech data for a remote, contract-based project. The work is freelance with flexible hours and involves recording and annotating conversations.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German (Germany) with authentic pronunciation.
• Advanced English to understand written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for annotations and metadata.

Responsibilities

• Record or collect natural, spontaneous speech following project guidelines.
• Capture speech from approved real-life situations such as workplace chats or casual conversations.
• Complete conversational speech tasks and interact with AI or machine-based systems.
• Annotate speech data per instructions and provide required metadata.
• Ensure recordings meet technical and quality requirements.
