RWS – TrainAI is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist (German) to support remote, freelance work from Germany. The role is part-time (10+ hours/week) with immediate start and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in German.
• English proficiency at level B2–C2.
• Experience in machine learning tasks, data collection and preprocessing, data evaluation or labeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses based on relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
