We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license required.
• Licensed in Utah.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in SW, counseling, psychology, or MFT.
• Experience with older adults and telehealth platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via virtual care.
• Design personal treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools; participate in paid case consultations.
