Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC or equivalent).
• Licensed in Pennsylvania.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
• Experience with older adults and telehealth platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet unique patient needs.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
