Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults, offering fully remote roles for California-licensed therapists. Start at 25 hours per week with a flexible, fee-for-service structure and strong clinical support.

You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults, craft personalized treatment plans, and work with a supportive team. Expect streamlined EMR/AI tools, paid consultations, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, independent California clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or equivalent
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet each patient's needs
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular paid case consultations
