Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is hiring licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for a nationwide remote practice focusing on geriatric mental health. You’ll manage a flexible caseload, with admin support and a dedicated clinical lead.

Choose from part-time (15 hrs/week) or full-time (25+ hrs/week) on a fee-for-service basis, with options for 1099 or W2 status. Expect strong scheduling autonomy and no on-call evenings.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent Missouri psychology license.
• Experience with older adults/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Use EMR and AI tools for efficient documentation.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
