Job summary

Sailor Health is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults from home. We’ll fill your caseload, handle billing and admin, and provide real clinical support so your time goes to patients.

We offer both 1099 contractor and W2 employee paths with full benefits for those 25+ hours weekly. Enjoy a managed schedule, no on-call, and ongoing clinical leadership in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, independent psychology license in the US
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders
