Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults from home across the United States. We handle billing and admin, letting you focus on clinical work.

We offer both 1099 and W2 arrangements, a full or flexible caseload, ongoing clinical support, and access to a telehealth platform with AI-assisted documentation. If you are board-certified and licensed, this position lets you set your schedule with no on-call requirements and access to benefits

Qualifications

• Must be located in the United States
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the state where this role is posted
• Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus (we handle billing either way)

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions, with a supportive care team behind you
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders

Licensed psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in US

Telehealth experience

Experience with geriatric populations

Medicare billing experience
