Job summary

Sailor Health is hiring licensed clinical psychologists to provide telehealth therapy to older adults from home. We handle caseloads, billing, and admin so your time goes to patients. We offer both contractor and W2 options with scalable hours and full clinical support.

Fully remote across all states, you set your schedule with no on-call requirements. Compensation is per session, with dedicated clinician lead and ongoing training to support growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed psychologist in the United States.
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the posting state.
• Experience with older adult populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Build individualized treatment plans around each patient’s goals and needs.
• Manage your own caseload and clinical decisions with a supportive care team.
• Complete documentation in our EMR, with AI-assisted notes.
• Join regular, paid case consultations with experienced clinical leaders.
