Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide full scheduling, admin support, and a supportive clinical community, all from home.

We partner with licensed psychologists to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth. We offer flexible part-time or full-time opportunities for PhD/PsyD clinicians, with 1099 or W2 options starting at 15 hours per week and growing.

Qualificações

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Georgia.
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
