Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We provide full support, from scheduling to admin tasks, so clinicians can focus on patient care—from home.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) with flexible fee‑for‑service arrangements. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow.

Qualifikationen

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Georgia.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
