Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide remote psychotherapy practice focused on aging populations. We provide caseload support, admin help, and clinical supervision to licensed psychologists working from home.

Roles are flexible, with part-time and full-time options, and involve fee-for-service or W2 arrangements across 50 states. Ideal candidates are PhD or PsyD psychologists with Alabama licensure, telehealth experience, and Medicare billing familiarity.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Alabama.
• Experience with older adults / geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
