Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice offering telehealth psychotherapy for older adults. We handle scheduling, administration, and back‑office support so you can focus on clinical care from home.

We provide part-time and full-time, fee-for-service opportunities for licensed psychologists with flexible schedules; start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow your caseload with full system support.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Virginia.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
