Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice delivering mental healthcare to older adults. As a licensed clinical psychologist, you’ll work from home with a supported clinical community, flexible scheduling, and a fee-for-service to start.

We offer part-time and full-time options (1099 or W2) with real-time admin support, a dedicated clinical lead, and opportunities for ongoing supervision, CEUs, and growth. Illinois license required; Medicare experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Illinois.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings.
