Qualifications

• 3+ years of software product management in biotech lab, ideally clinical setting.
• Experience with AI-enabled clinical workflows preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical needs into clear product requirements.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: set and own product priorities for case management, data workflows, clinical review and sign-out, and data delivery.
• Accelerate Innovation: apply AI to build and iterate from research to specs with minimal rework.
• Simplify Complexity: translate clinical needs into scalable product requirements while preserving quality.
• Balance & Scale: deliver efficiency and scalability without compromising clinical quality.
• Unify Teams: bridge lab directors, scientists, and global engineering for releases.
• Guardian of Trust: oversee data privacy, security, and governance in AI-driven solutions.
