Job summary

Paragon Legal Group is seeking an experienced Generalist Attorney to work directly with the Head of Legal in a lean, fast-moving department. The role covers corporate housekeeping, employment counseling, product and commercial matters, and a range of contracts including NDAs and procurement agreements.

The ideal candidate will navigate unfamiliar questions, perform independent research, and provide practical guidance. Fintech/Blockchain is a plus but not required; remote, US-based.

Qualifications

• Versatile generalist attorney able to work across multiple disciplines.
• Experience with employment matters including severance and settlements.
• Skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
• Familiar with asset divestitures, revenue sharing, and licensing arrangements.
