RRC Solutions Group is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in cryptocurrency and technology transactions. The role involves structuring and negotiating complex technology and commercial transactions for blockchain-related clients, with exposure to regulatory and IP considerations.

The ideal candidate has a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, 2–5 years in tech transactions, and a strong background in technology, fintech, and digital assets.

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses.
• Advise clients on technology licensing, platform agreements, SaaS arrangements, and commercial contracts.
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on regulatory, IP, and risk management considerations.
• Support clients through development and launch of innovative products and technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across corporate, regulatory, IP, tax, finance, and litigation.
