Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in progressive politics.
• Strong knowledge of the Democratic political and campaign ecosystem.
• Experience owning revenue goals and P&L accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead RunningMate as a cross-functional unit with ~10 staff across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Client Success.
• Set growth strategy, budget allocation, GTM investments, and target customers/organizations.
• Own RunningMate’s P&L and overall business performance with revenue accountability.
• Align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Client Success around a cohesive strategy.
• Shape and prioritize the product roadmap considering market needs and feedback.
• Act as the primary ambassador for RunningMate with campaigns, state parties, and partners.
• Develop and drive the annual business strategy and 2027 planning cycle.
