K2 Claims Services, LLC is hiring a General Liability Adjuster for a remote position. The role handles commercial and personal liability claims with occasional travel for meetings, training, or trials. The position is full-time and supports a growing TPA environment.

The candidate will conduct investigations, evaluate coverage, negotiate settlements, and prepare reports for senior management while complying with state regulations and company Best Practices.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial and personal lines liability claims experience.
• Experience in a TPA or insurance carrier environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses; CA license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills.

Mansioni

• Manage a broad liability claims caseload from start to resolution.
• Investigate facts of loss, statements, documents, and damages.
• Assess coverage and draft reservation of rights or declination letters.
• Negotiate settlements within authority.
• Prepare large loss reports for management and clients.
