K2 Claims Services, LLC is seeking a General Liability Adjuster for a remote, full-time position. The role requires handling both commercial and personal liability claims with a travel component for meetings, trainings, or trials as needed.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of liability experience and a background in a TPA or insurance carrier setting. California license is preferred with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a TPA or insurance carrier environment is advantageous.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state adjuster licenses; California license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage claims in accordance with state insurance regulations and Best Practices.
• Investigate facts of loss, obtain statements, analyze documents, and evaluate damages.
• Handle diverse caseload from low exposure to complex losses including dog bites and slips/falls.
• Oversee litigation, set plans and budgets, and provide settlement authority.
• Analyze policy coverage and draft reservation of rights or declination letters.
• Prepare comprehensive large-loss reports for senior management and clients.
