Job summary

Reserv is seeking a highly organized General Liability Adjuster for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will speak with customers by phone, guide them through the claim process, and triage a busy inventory of claims, including Premise, Habitational, and Risk Transfer cases.

You should have an active adjuster license (DHS allowable) and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of policy interpretation and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active adjuster license required: resident state license if available, otherwise a Designated Home State (DHS) license.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience ideally with construction liability, employers liability, and complex claims.
• Strong knowledge of general liability including policy interpretation and coverage issues.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions aligned with guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of General Liability claims (Slip and Falls, Habitational, Risk Transfer, Construction) with high-quality customer service.
• Gather information from customers to initiate claims and explain policy coverage.
• Manage a claims inventory and establish initial reserves.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and SOPs; negotiate settlements within authority.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to resolve claims and support ongoing improvements.
