Qualifications

• J.D. degree required and CA State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of general civil litigation experience.
• Experience with catastrophic injury matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and site inspections.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft and respond to extensive written discovery.
• Evaluate and execute litigation strategies.
• Manage client communications throughout litigation.
