Responsibilities

• Handle general liability litigation matters across a range of civil cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other documents.
• Manage discovery, including drafting and responding to requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation and case strategy.
• Communicate with clients and collaborate with team.
