Qualifications

• Member of the California State Bar in good standing or CA Bar Exam passer pending admission
• Ability to work in a paperless environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of litigating civil liability claims in California state courts
• Conduct initial review of plaintiff's complaints and draft responsive pleadings
• Draft and respond to discovery requests and evaluate discovery responses
• Engage in pre-trial and trial activities
