Job summary

Jobot is recruiting an associate attorney licensed in California for a fully remote role within our General Liability practice. The position emphasizes flexible work arrangements and significant bonus opportunities based on experience and hours worked.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of general liability experience, strong discovery and motion skills, and be able to handle depositions and court appearances. California residency is required.

Qualifications

• Must be admitted to the State Bar of California and reside in California.
• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of legal experience with general liability, including discovery and motions.
• Experience managing cases and arguing motions.
• Ability to make in-person appearances on cases when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle written discovery, motion work, depositions and court hearings in general liability.
• Manage cases and supervise discovery and motions.
• Appear in court or before judges as required by case.
• Contribute to mentoring junior attorneys and teamwork within the General Liability group.
