Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel with a strong background in technology transactions to support a legal AI training and evaluation program. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

In this contractor remote role, you will evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios and develop objective criteria for assessing AI performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
