Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a General Counsel with strong technology transactions experience to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

The role focuses on contract negotiation, redlining, and drafting, with collaboration across research and product teams to refine AI workflows in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house technology transactions experience.
• Proven negotiation of MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with analytical abilities.
• Translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities
