Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel with strong technology transactions experience to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This contractor role is remote and involves collaborating with research and product teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
• Develop clear evaluation criteria for AI performance.
• Provide legal and practical feedback to improve AI outputs.
