Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced General Counsel with a strong background in technology transactions to support an AI training and evaluation project. The role is remote and contractual, requiring sharp contract negotiation and insightful feedback on AI-generated analyses.

You will review contracts, draft and redline agreements, and develop evaluation criteria for AI performance while collaborating with research and product teams to advance AI workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience in technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and DPAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable AI feedback.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract drafting, review, redlining, and simulated negotiations.
• Evaluate AI responses to contract-related scenarios.
• Develop clear evaluation criteria for AI performance.
